If you see pets listed by a private owner, it means that they’re adoptable through Adopt a Pet’s Rehome program – the safe and reliable way to find a loving new home for your pet.
Milo was born in August 2018 and we got him when he was around 6 months old. I've trained him on all the basic commands: sit, lay down, speak, stay, crate, etc. He is crate trained. He's very smart and is food-motivated. He's slow to warm up to strangers (people and other dogs). It takes some time before he gets comfortable around a new face. Milo is a reactionary biter when grooming him. We've learned to use a muzzle. He's house-trained and would be a great dog for anyone looking for a loyal friend.
We're rehoming Milo because we're expecting a baby in October 2024 and will not have the time to care for him.
