McGuyver is available for adoption.
He is 1 year old and weighs 14 lbs.
His adoption fee is $750.00.
McGuyver is a young Yorkiepoo, about two years old and close to 15 pounds. He has been with us a little over a month now and he seems more relaxed and comfortable as he understands the routine in our home. He is a really fun pup with a lot of energy! McGuyver is very playful- stuffies, balls, bones - he will play with it all! He loves to be outside to run, run, run, and his passion is hunting for chipmunks ,squirrels and birds. He is very athletic and can jump like an olympian hurdler, so a secure fenced yard is a must for him.
McGuyver is good with commands like sit, come, off, and go to bed. We are working to learn other basic commands. McGuyver is smart and will try hard to do what you ask of him.
He is also good with doing his business outside, sleeps well in his bed at night, and gets super excited when his people come home. His energy level is high all day, but he always enjoys some snuggling before bed and in the morning. He is quite the attention seeker! He’s not sure about baths but he loves to be brushed. He even lets me brush his teeth.
McGuyver definitely has a favorite person, however he barks at other people in our home currently, which we are working on and are seeing some progress. He gets along with our dogs but can be unaware of his body, so sometimes he gets in their space. As a young dog who has moved around a lot he needs some extra training and positive experiences to help him learn to become the best boy possible. He will need more formal training. McGuyver wants to please and be loved! One day his dream of finding the perfect family will come true! He is currently staying in Bloomsburg, PA.
