Meet the lovely, sweet-as-can-be Bella! Bella arrived at South Jersey Regional Animal Shelter when she was brought in by a good samaritan that found her and kept her for a few days until she could bring Bella to us. The finder reported that Bella was friendly with her cat. In the shelter, Bella has been a very friendly and polite girl. She definitely gets excited to see strangers and friends alike and vigorously wags her tail and wiggles her body in greeting. She takes treats very gently. Besides having a killer personality, Bella is gorgeous with her brindle coat with white markings. Bella recently went on our monthly Packwalk where she did great! She showed off her "sit" skills, & was a total "passenger princess." Bella has excellent leash manners and does not pull. Bella has been taken to events with large crowds and does not display signs of nervousness, so whether you live in the city, suburbs, or countryside, Bella would fit in just fine! Bella's only preference is that she would prefer to be the only dog in the household. Ready to adopt Bella? Stop by our shelter today and ask the front desk to meet her. Want to help foster Bella? Please fill out the Foster Questionnaire below: Email: Fosters@sjras.org https://southjerseyregionalanimalshelter.org/forms/foster-questionnaire/For more information about this animal or our adoption process please visit our website at SouthJerseyRegionalAnimalShelter.org

More about this shelter
CARING FOR SOUTH JERSEY PETS SINCE 1947
Founded in 1891 and incorporated in June 1947, we are a non-profit organization and a chapter of the NJ State SPCA. The staff and board of trustees are deeply involved and committed to all aspects of animal care and welfare. The money to finance the shelter comes from fees charged to municipalities to house their stray animals, fees charged to adopt, reclaim or release an animal to us, dues, donations, grants, fund-raisers and bequests from caring individuals. In our function as a humane society, the shelter serves as a refuge for thousands of stray, unwanted, abused, abandoned and sick animals
