Welcome Bailey Blue to CCPAL Foster Program. She is a 4-year-old and appears to be a pure bred Siberian Husky. She is a little bit chunky at 75 pounds. She is a beautiful Red and White husky with light blue eyes. She is good with dogs her size and smaller dogs. She was very tolerant of a little dominant boy dog that fell in love with her at the Rescue. She has lived in a home with children successfully. She is also around cats but all time with them is supervised. She is potty trained, good on a leash and good in a car. She does not jump up on you which is nice. She has a beautiful coat that will need regular brushing to stay looking beautiful. We would love a previous husky owner for her new family. She would love to live in the cooler more northern climates as she has a beautiful full coat to fully enjoy this type of weather. She would be fine with children and we like them to be 8 or older. Husky dogs need a good fenced yard. She is currently in Texas and can be adopted locally or we can work with one of the wonderful transporters to get her to Washington, Portland (Oregon), Minnesota, Vermont, Conneticut or all along the East Coast. Rhode Island and Massachusetts are not states we adopt to because of the regulations imposed by these states.Contact Marlene at 210-867-1769 or email ccpalinquiries@gmail.com if you have questions. Online applications at www.ccpalrescue.org/ See her cute video.
