My name is Skye!

Skye is 5 years old and 10 pounds of sweetness.  She is quiet and a cuddler who gets along with all of the dogs in the foster home.  She loves watching them play but she does not join in.  Skye likes to sunbath when the weather is nice.

She likes to be carried and still getting use to walking on a leash, she does ride well in the car without getting car sick.  Skye has no aggression in any area and is treat motivated. She is 100% pure Schnauzer.

Skye was found running down the street in San Antonio, TX in a not so pleasant area of town.  She was scanned for a microchip and she did not have one, she does now.  She was posted on multiple Lost & Found pages but no one came forward for her.  She was extremely matted as a result from being in the streets for so long and I groomed her and I am not a professional but focused on getting the mats off.  Her coat will grow back in pretty.

Even though she was found on the streets and had been out there awhile, her house manners are excellent.  Completely house, crate and potty trained.  I leave her to roam freely in my home with my personal dogs while I am gone.

ADOPTION FEE & APPLICATION REQUIRED

Roxxy's K-9 Rescue does not have a shelter, all of our dogs are raised in foster homes.  Each dog comes  spay/neutered (fixed), rabies shots appropriate for their age, and dewormed twice.  The dogs are up to date on vaccinations according to their age at the time of adoption.  They are microchipped, heartworm tested and on monthly flea/tick and heartworm preventative.  ALL OF THIS IS INCLUDED IN THE ADOPTION FEE.

We transport across the United States.

Medical records will come with each dog at the time of adoption.
