My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

This little boy's mother was rescued from the Barstow Shelter just 5 days before giving birth.  River was born during our last big storm and was 1 of 5 healthy babies.  River's mom is an extremely sweet small shepherd mix weighing about 35-40 pounds.  River is 8 weeks old and about 90% potty trained and is ready to find his forever home.  River's adoption fee is $550 which includes all his puppy vaccinations and Rabies,  microchip and neuter when he 4-6 months of age.  For more information on River, please call (949) 456-7032 or to fill out an application for adoption, please visit www.greendogfoundation.org and thank you for looking to rescue!

More about this rescue

We are a non-profit public charity that solely relies on volunteers and donors to support our efforts. With the public's support, we are able to rescue euthanasia-listed dogs from shelters all over California, bring them into a loving environment and nurture them back to health and then help them to find their forever home and family.
