What is Rehome?
If you see pets listed by a private owner, it means that they’re adoptable through Adopt a Pet’s Rehome program – the safe and reliable way to find a loving new home for your pet.
Jiah is a sweet, cuddly, 7-year-old Shar Pei mix who loves being around people. She's great with kids and dogs but has a high prey drive to keep cats and critters out of the yard.
Jiah loves to play, walks well on leash and is house and crate trained. She knows commands like come, sit, stay, lay, off, no, and out of the kitchen. We hike off-leash and she has great re-call...she usually come on the first call unless she's investigating something! She loves all treats equally and takes them gently. She'll also snag any unattended food!
This sweet girl struggles with separation anxiety. She takes trazadone daily and finds comfort in being crated while I'm at work or running errands.
Jiah would do well in a home with lots of activity and attention, whether that's with kids, other dogs, or people who can take her out regularly.
If you think Jiah might be a good fit for you, reach out and we'll schedule a meet up! She comes with food, puzzle bowl, collar, leash, and sweaters.
