Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Floppy is a very special boy with a very special condition that has left him well....floppy. Floppy has cerebral hyperplasia- the good news is, this does not progress, it simply stays as is, and he has a completely normal life expectancy. That being said, there are some accommodations that we recommend to make things easier for him; a litterbox with high sides is good for him so he can have some balance while he uses it, bowls that don't slide or tip easy, and a caution with stairs and high surfaces. A home without stairs or access to high surfaces may be most ideal for him. Floppy has been vaccinated, wormed, spayed/neutered and tested negative for FELV/FIV. Adoption fee is $125. All cats must leave the shelter in a carrier. If you do not bring one with you, one must be purchased at the shelter if available for $5. If you would like to adopt this cat, you must come into the shelter for a meet and greet. We are open 12-4. (Closed Mondays & Wednesdays)
