My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:


I will pay for neutering and vaccination costs. I just want this good kitty to find a loving home!

I found this cat at a local farm in Winston-Salem, NC. He was born on the farm last summer and ate scraps from the farmer's table. He originally had two siblings, who both disappeared in the fall.

In March, I was eating dinner at the farm, and the owners informed me that the cat had killed some of their chickens. They said they would have to shoot the cat if I didn't take him.

I took him to my apartment, but the rental agreement doesn't allow pets. I have to find him a home imminently.

Despite living outside his entire life, the cat is remarkably domesticated. Litter trained. He can eat scraps or cat food. He is very active and likes to explore. He has never once scratched or bitten a human. He is not shy, but rather playful and enjoys attention, especially being held. He is quiet and rarely meows. Currently, he sleeps in the bushes outside my window.
