My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi, my name is Dove and my foster mum says I am as charming as they come! My electric personality, paired with the most beautiful eyes and fluffy coat will have you falling deeply in love with me. I love to play, snooze, eat and repeat. I can often be found chewing on my favourite bones. I am not fond of sharing my bone with my litter mates, with time and positive reinforcement I think I can learn that sharing is caring. I don't have a problem with people reaching for my bone though! Sometimes I get excited and want to have a nibble on fingers and pants, but once I get redirected to a stuffy or my bone, I forget all about it! I would love a home where I will have room to explore, go for walks and have my naps with you as I love people and I want to know that you are near. Do I sound like the girl for you? If so, I cant wait to meet you! Love, Dove

Their adoption process

Additional adoption info

Our adoption application process , which includes a home visit, help us to ensure we find wonderful, permanent loving and caring families for each one of our dogs. We feel that honesty is the best policy when it comes to finding homes for our dogs; we want to avoid any unfortunate surprises after you bring your new friend home. After all, we are looking for a BEDR life for our dogs! There is an online adoption application that must be filled completed before a home visit will be set up. The application can be found on our website,

We are entirely foster-home based; we do not have a shelter facility. We do have adoption events regularly at pet stores and other locations in Regina and Southern Saskatchewan for upcoming events check out the events on our website or Facebook page.

More about this rescue

PLEASE USE APPLICATION LINK ABOVE, NOT EMAIL!

We are a registered charitable NO KILL Rescue, located in Regina, SK, Canada dedicated to helping dogs that have fallen on hard times (homeless, abandoned and in some cases, surrendered). With the help of dedicated volunteer foster families, our dogs live as part of the family while they are in foster care right up until they move in with their new family. We strive to help with the over-population of pets by making sure each and every puppy*, adolescent and adult dog is spayed/neutered. (*Note: sterilization of puppies is the owner's responsibility and proof of sterilization must be shown at 6 months of age.)
