Say hello to Chimichanga!
Chimichanga came to us when his owner could no longer care for him, and now he is looking for his forever home! This handsome pup is playful and loves to run around outside! He enjoys playing fetch, but sometimes forgets to bring the ball back! His goofy personality is loved by all the staff here at the shelter. Chimichanga does need some basic training, but will sit for a treat! Chimichanga would do best being the only animal in the household. He does very well with children and would love to have some young playmates in his home! If Chimichanga sounds like the pup for you, please fill out an application for him today!

Their adoption process

1.
Visit the Facility and Find a Pet

Check out all of the pets on our website and or stop in to meet them at the shelter.

2.
Submit Application

Submit an adoption application and wait for an adoption counselor to contact you about your approval.

3.
Approve Application

Come in to meet the pet and make sure they are a good fit. If you have a dog in the home we require dog to dog meet and greets.

4.
Take the Pet Home

Once you have found the best fit you will take the pet home for a two week foster trial period.

5.
Sign Adoption Contract

At the end of the two week period, come back into the shelter to finalize your adoption and enjoy your new best friend!
