My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Location: Brooklyn Park, MN

Hi there! My name is Pippin and if you were with me right now, I would be running up to you with my tail wagging to give you kisses and snuggles! I am the friendliest puppy ever, and am very confident. Don't worry though, I am also good at following boundaries with my other dog friends :) I am very curious and love to play with toys and run around outside. I have been getting the hang of potty training, but since I am just a little puppy I will need some help in that department! Did I mention I love to play? I like to play with the dogs and kitties in my current home. I love them both and really like having companions around. No one compares to my human foster parents though! I will follow them around and try and get them to play with me by tugging on their pant legs :) It's cute, but my mom always asks me to stop since she doesn't want to step on me. Rightfully so, I usually listen well to "no"! She says I am so so smart that I have already gotten the hang of pottying outside, and if my parents don't take me outside I go on a potty pad. I will need some help, as I still have a couple accidents here and there since my bladder is so small. But my foster mom and dad say I am so smart they don't have any doubts that potty training will be easy for me in my new home!

I get along with dogs and cats and am very good at respecting boundaries. I do still like to chew on things since I am a puppy, so really small kids that won't respect that I am trying to play might not be a good idea. I would love some kids to run around the backyard with though! I love to play with toys and humans and would like an active home to give me attention. I do sleep in a kennel at night and only wake up once! Sometimes I don't even wake up once but just like to get up early :) My foster parents can't be certain on how big I will get, but I am a pretty small guy right now so my foster mom can be pretty confident in saying that I will be under 50lbs! She does say that if you care about how big a dog will get, a puppy like me might not be the right fit since you never know how big we can truly get :)

Are you looking for endless fun, snuggles, and adoration?? I am your guy! Apply to meet me today :)

The best way to show interest in an animal is to submit an adoption application by visiting our website (www.rescuenetworkmn.org).

Adoption fee includes spay/neuter, all age-appropriate vaccinations (Distemper, Rabies, and Bordetella), heartworm and flea/tick preventatives, heartworm test (dogs), FIV/FeLV test (cats), dewormed, and microchip implant (including registration).

Rescue Network is strictly foster based which means all adoptable animals are in a home and there cannot be a meet until an application is submitted and approved. We have no way of knowing the breeds in the animals. All breeds listed are a best guess.
