My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Apollo is a very sweet dog in need of a lot of love and attention. He is one year old and loves long walks and lots of playtime. He struggles with some behavior issues that require an experienced trainer to help with. Due to medical issues, we don’t have the funds to afford a trainer for him. Behavior issues include demand barking when he wants attention, restlessness, biting when bored (not aggressive biting- he wants to play), separation anxiety, and occasional counter surfing. He’s very smart and food driven but needs more attention than we can give him. He’s lived with us since he was 8 weeks old and is used to a home with 2 people - one retired that stays home during the day and one that works during the day. He’d be a great fit for someone who has another dog, and energy to play with him and take him on walks.
He does well with kids, and does well with other dogs, aside from a little nipping when he gets over excited. Overall, he’s a wonderful dog and deserves a lot of love!
