Hey there, I'm Otter! I'm a handsome young adult, and I've got a mix of breeds that make me truly one of a kind. Some say I might have a bit of Basset Hound in me, but who really knows? One thing's for sure though, I've got these adorable brindle fur patterns with a splash of white on my chest, and cute floppy ears!
Also, my legs are short and sweet, just like an otter's! That's how I got my name. Don't let my short stature fool you, I've got a heart as big as can be. I'm all about spreading love and affection to anyone who's willing to give me a chance.
