My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

GAINESVILLE TEXAS: URGENT FOSTER OR ADOPTION NEEDED
TRANSPORT OPTIONS TO PNW, MIDWEST OR EAST COAST MAY BE AVAILABLE.
PLEASE EMAIL US ASDRESCUE@GMAIL.COM

Meet Hazel. She is a beautiful spayed female Anatolian Shepherd or mix. Haze's estimated DOB is March 2022. Hazel's owner has indicated to us that she is heartworm negative and is current on HW preventative. She is in good health and does not have any medical concerns.

Hazel is everything you would want in an Anatolian. She is intelligent, watchful and devoted to her family. Hazel is good with other medium to large sized dogs but we prefer her to be the only female dog in the home. No small dogs or cats please.

Hazel is good with children, she is housebroken, leash trained and knows basic commands. She will do best with an active person or family where she has a securely fenced yard and a medium to large sized male dog who is close enough to her age to play with her.

Transport options may be available depending on where you live. Please email us for more information.

NO LIVESTOCK EXPERIENCE

Secure fencing with minimum height of 4 feet is required on all adoptions.

Most Anatolians are not well suited to apartment living.
