My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Charlie's family moved to a new home. Unfortunately, the new landlord has a size limit on pets. Charlie is a playful dog. He enjoys runs and wants to play with other dogs. He is very friendly to humans. He is very open to training. Charlie listens well and is easily redirected.

Charlie will need a strong handler until he is able to learn to be gentle on a lead. He gives up toys easily when asked. Charlie stays calm inside a kennel.

More about this rescue

We are a brand new foster-based nonprofit organization. Our focus is to find forever homes for senior and differently-abled dogs who are often over-looked in crowded and noisy shelters. We have an all-volunteer staff. We rely on the public's generosity to find suitable homes for our dogs.

We need fosters, event managers, social media coordinators and grant writers.
