My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Bear, Flour, Toffee, and Toffee's babies came into the rescue when their owner passed away and the family was unable to take any of them.  Toffee and Bert had babies accidentally shortly before their owner went into hospice.  Bear, Flour, and Toffee are all about 1 yr old.  The babies were born around Feb, 12th 2024.  They were separated around 5 weeks (when we got them) and there were 5 boys and 7 girls all together.  They are all very sweet and easy to handle.  They are used to dogs and cats checking them out and do great with kids of all ages.  They love their treats and to run around and explore.  Rats are very social animals and must be kept in groups so they will need to be adopted in pairs at minimum but would do best in trios or larger.  They also are very smart animals and have a lot of energy so they need a large enclosure (double critter nation is the best) with lots of shelves, ramps, hides, and toys to play with.

Their adoption fee is $30 for a pair and $10 for each additional.

More about this rescue

We are a group of volunteers whose passion for animals have led us into the animal rescue community. We focus on local animals that are homeless, neglected, abused, or need a new home, and bring them to safety. Our goal is to educate, rehabilitate, and help connect animals with their forever home. Through education we hope to end the mistreatment and overpopulation of animals.
