Luna (as my children have started calling her) was abandoned at a park right in front of us. She immediately ran around befriending all the kids and families in the park, all of whom thought she was sweet and adorable. We decided to bring her home with the intention of taking her to Animal Services the next day. But as I have gotten to know her, I have learned that she is absolutely, without a doubt, one of the gentlest, sweetest, most obedient creatures I have ever met. My children adore her and love doing laps around the yard with her. She loves meeting new people, and everyone she meets falls in love with her. Her coat is a deep dark beautiful brown and seems shiny and healthy. She is active and playful. She has a good appetite and isn’t food-aggressive. She’s incredibly calm and affectionate and almost never barks. She lets me pick her up and carry her without issue. No trace of aggression or anxiety around people or dogs.
