My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Name, age, breed: Clue, 1yr, Boxer mix
Likes: People! toys, treats
Dislikes: being in the shelter
What would be the ideal home? a home with an experienced owner, active family. No apartments due to challenges with meeting other dogs.
Good with other cats? No
Good with dogs? Not while in the shelter, but may be possible with a slow introduction with a dog the same size/activity level. May prefer an only pet home though.
Good with children? Unknown - no kids under 12 years old
Temperament: Playful & goofy. Gets overly excited with treats, therefore he takes them rough.
Motivators? Toys, treats, kibble
Any commands? Sit - could benefit from basic obedience training
House trained? Unknown
Crate trained? Unknown
How long will it take to settle into a new environment? 3-4 weeks
Any special needs or traits an adopter should know? Not suitable for dog parks. Can be nervous of new people, but quickly warms up to them. No resource guarding seen in the shelter, but may be in the home with high valued items.
Medical: N/A
