My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi Everyone!! I'm named Cider because of the beautiful color of my ultra-soft coat. I am just one year old and weigh 11 pounds. I'm up-to-date on all my shots and am very healthy! I have very good bathroom manners and rarely have an accident.

I don't know who my parents were, but I may have some Miniature pinscher, Dachshund, and Chihuahua in my mix. The nice folks at the shelter where I came from say that I am scared -- well, maybe a little at first, but I quickly warm up and become your best friend! I don't shed, and I rarely bark. My foster mom recommends I have another dog in my future home to help build my confidence and to play with me.

Here's what I LOVE: Playing!! I love to play -- with other dogs, with cats, and especially with my toys, And I know I'd love playing with YOU! I play fetch and do zoomies in a fenced yard. I'm not a lap dog, but when I'm all tuckered out from playing, I love to lie down next to my human and put my chin on a knee while I nap. And I love to be loved.

The first step in adopting or meeting any of our dogs is to fill out an adoption application on https://angelsrescue.org/
Your application will be assigned to a volunteer on our adoption team who will contact you to discuss it. Please allow us at least 3 business days to contact you. We require a meet and greet with your current dogs (if applicable) and all family members (if possible) and a home check. Please note: Puppies under 4 months are not currently available for adoption outside the state of Georgia.
