My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

We are torn to have come to the decision to rehome our beloved Petunia. She will be 2 years old Mid-May. She LOVES to play tug-of-war and LOVES her walks and hikes, this helps her get her wiggles out as she is high-energy. Unfortunately, we have not been able to give her the proper attention she deserves given the business of our schedule that’s increased within the last year. She knows the commands “Sit, Stay, & Lay down”. She was also “Board & Trained” with CaliK9 for 6 weeks where she was trained with other dogs and commands were reiterated. We have a 12 year old, a 4 year old, and a 10 month old and has never had any issues with children. She grew up with a cat since she was a puppy and is good with cats too. She does have a “prey-drive” with squirrels and gets very excited when she sees them during our walks. Petunia LOVES meeting new people. You will have to remind her to sit down before people greet her, otherwise she will jump on them out of sheer love and excitement.
