My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Miss Honey
Pyrenees / Husky Mix
Female
2 years old
62 lbs.

Greetings, I'm Miss Honey, a delightful and bashful pup with a heart as golden as my fur! I might take some time to warm up to new people, but once I do, I'm all about those cuddles, especially in the evenings. I love playing with other dogs and relaxing with my favorite stuffies. Most of the time, you'll find me chilling in my safe spots, like under the coffee table or next to my human's desk, but I really get my energy up when I'm playing with my furry friends in the yard. I'm a quiet girl who loves to show my affection by resting my head on your knee or gently lifting your hand with my head. My foster says I'm a perfect housemate - no mess, noise, or destruction from me and I'm fully potty trained.
I can be a bit fearful of new people and places, so I will need some time to adjust to my new surroundings. With a patient and loving family, I know I'll blossom into a confident and happy pup. I've done well with kids in the past and I get along great with other dogs. I began to come out of my shell when I had a confident doggie buddy by my side, so living with a self-assured dog is key to showing me the ropes and helping me become a true dog that loves life. While I haven't met any cats yet, I'm open to making new friends. I enjoy some long-lasting treats and playing with my favorite collagen braids and I have excellent leash manners during walks.
I'm looking for a family that will be patient with me and give me the time I need to settle in. With a loving home and furry mentor, I know I'll become the best version of myself. Are you ready to welcome a sweet and beautiful pup like me into your heart and home?
