Phoebe Scruff is not your typical Terrier - she has a calm and loving nature, and Phoebe prefers snuggling and being with her people to being active. As a result, her foster mom recommends an adoptive home where someone is home most of the time and possibly has a dog friend at home.

Phoebe Scruff is three years old and seven pounds. She is almost house-trained and leash-trained but still learning. She has yet to meet a stranger; she loves people large and small and all dogs (even though she is just seven pounds). We aren't sure about cats, though.
