My name is Hazel!

Hi! I'm Hazel! I'm a 3-month-old, 17 Lb. (as of 04/17/2024), female, Plott Hound/Lab mix puppy. I was originally found on Hickory Creek Lane on 04/03/2024 and sadly never reclaimed. I am a sweet pup who is looking for a loving family to call my own. I have made a few puppy friends since coming to the shelter, but a meet and greet is encouraged if there are other dogs in the home. I love to play and love to nap! My adoption fee is $125. I am spayed, current on my rabies vaccination, 1st set of puppy boosters, 1st dewormer, and microchipped. Since I am so young, meet and greets are scheduled by approved application only. IMPORTANT NOTICE: All shelter animals are required by Texas state law to be spayed/neutered. RAC completes this procedure at the age of 12 weeks. If you are adopting a pet under the age of 12 weeks or an animal that has not yet been spayed or neutered, you will be required to return the pet to our facility on the agreed upon date set at the time of adoption. This policy is non-negotiable and violation of this health code is a criminal offense.
