Hello Everyone,
My name is Spencer, and I am estimated to be around 11 months old. I am a chihuahua and dachshund mix. but as most people call me a Chiweenie. I was surrendered to Stray Haven due to my having a little too much energy with my previous owners' senior dogs. I am a very sweet boy and love to give lots of kisses and cuddles. I would do best in a home with an older family that has time on their hands to spend with me. I am looking for a home where I can be the king of the household. I don't like to share the attention with other animals. I get nervous around small children so a home with older children or grandkids would be best for me.

Additional adoption info

Stray Haven requires an in-person visit with our adoptable pets and completion of the adoption application. Our standard adoption donation is $225 for adult dogs, $275 for puppies, and $100 for cats, and $120 for kittens. All adoption packages and specials include up-to-date vaccinations, spay/neuter and microchipping.

Since 1967, Stray Haven has served Tioga County, NY and neighboring communities, providing shelter and care for homeless animals. Today we continue to offer many services with the generous support of the public, including pet adoptions, spay/neuter programs, dog obedience classes, pet therapy, cruelty investigations, humane education, children’s outreach programs and rewarding volunteer opportunities.
