My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Pirate, an adorable chunky cat looking for her forever home! This loving polydactyl kitty is the epitome of calm and loves to meow softly for attention and pets. Pirate's ideal home is a tranquil sanctuary where she can bask in the love and attention of her human companions without the hustle and bustle of other cats in the home. She loves being picked up and showered with pets, finding solace in soft beds and the warmth of sunlight streaming through a window. If you're seeking a serene and loving companion, Pirate is ready to steal your heart!

Pirate is vaccinated, spayed, microchipped and healthy (fiv and felt negative)

More about this rescue

Meowsquad is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization started in 2019. Our goal is to reduce the large stray and feral cat population of New York City by using Trap Neuter Return (TNR) techniques as well as working with the community to find forever homes for cats and kittens that can be resocialized. We also aim to relocate those who cannot be returned into safe, working environments.
