Meet this sweetheart named Meru! She came into the shelter as a stray on March 6, 2024 and was never reclaimed so she’s now awaiting her adoption day. Meru came in a shy…very common with nothing familiar to her and all new people, smells, noises, living arrangements etc. Thanks to the love of the staff and volunteers Meru is settling in better daily and hopes her stay will be short. Having her very own loving home to call her own would make her so very happy. With a little love, time, and patience Meru will settle in and make someone or a family a wonderful kitty. Maybe you have the most perfect FOREVER home for Meru?! Visit with her today and see what a sweet and beautiful kitty she truly is!

We are a non-profit orginization relying on donations. We do have a contract witht the county to provide shelter for strays brought in. We have limited space but try to get our animals back to thier families and if that can not be accomplished we work hard on finding them new homes.
We do what we do because we love animals. We are realistic in in efforts, understand the problem and work towards educating the public on what needs to be done to prevent over population.
