Here's what the humans have to say about me:
We love our silver wiskers here at CARE and Pawpaw is no exception! This mature young man needs a home to live out his golden years in comfort and love. Pawpaw is a big boy but he is past his rambunctious years and prefers to just hangout and chill with friends. Unfortunatly due to living his life without proper vet care Pawpaw is heartworm positive and will need treatment, but CARE does help cover a portion of that treatment when adopted. So if you are on the hunt for a mellow, go with the flow type of dog Pawpaw is prefect for you!

Adoption includes spay/neuter surgery, UTD vaccines, heartworm test (dogs), FIV/FeLV (cats), microchip and registration, and 30 days of free pet insurance.
Once you meet an animal you want to adopt, you'll fill out an application. We'll read through and go over it with you. Once that's approved we'll set up a counseling session to go over all paperwork with you.
Dogs must go home in a collar and leash and cats must leave in a carrier. Both of which can be purchased at the shelter. .
