Hi, I'm Neal. I'm a survivor. I was found in TN with a deep cut on my neck that the shelter vet believes came from being hung. Despite all I've been through, I'm a super happy boy! I'm friendly with other dogs and people of all ages. I am neutered, microchipped and up to date on vaccines. I would love to find a family that could show him what love is. Will it be you? I am still in TN, but can be transported to an approved foster or adopter. I can't wait to meet you!
