Phoebe is a beatiful dog. She never barks. Wants to be petted all the time. Gets along with our cat. She's never met a stranger. She is pad trained. She will come with food, bowl, crate (huge), dog bed, halter ( no pull) collar and leash and dog shampoo. And brush. Was just recently spayed. Still shaved underneath. Will also come with all paperwork.
