My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Looks like: West Highland Terrier/Poodle mix
Female, 13 years old (estimated), 15 pounds

Fergie is a little lady looking for a calm place to call her own. This sweet girl has a way of just making you melt at first sight! Her mellow energy, gentle touch, and silly quirks make her the ideal companion for anyone willing to help her find her way in this scary world. Little Fergie enjoys being carried to her potty destinations, sun bathing, and tasting all the yummy treats she can get!

Sweet Fergie does great with other dogs and her foster reports that she enjoys the company of their 3 year old granddaughter but we have not seen how she does with cats just yet. The ideal home for little Fergie would be free from stairs or any other potential dangers due to her vision impairment.

This loving girl came to us when the San Jose Animal Care and Services reached out seeking rescue to help her with her medical needs
