Hi! We're Simon and Pinky! We were rescued in Stockton, CA.
My sister and I have very similar purrsonalities and are told we’re like two peas in a pod. We like to take things a bit slow in the beginning because trust takes time but we really help each other out in this department.
I’m a very handsome Tabby boy with a white bib and mittens to match. I was a bit more confident than my sister when we first arrived so I helped show her we didn't need to hide and that we were safe and could explore our new place.
I’m a foodie, just like my sister. Mealtime was a great way for our foster human to interact with me in the beginning. My hesitations vanished when my meal appeared and I happily ate in front of her. Then she began giving me nice pets while I ate and that was super nice. But you know what’s even better? Yummy treats! They’re extra super nice! I love those tube treats and the crunchy ones I can eat out of her hands.
I’m having lots of fun playing with Pinkie, our toys and our foster human. It took me a little time to jump in and begin playing with our foster human but my sister really helped me out in this department. Seeing her let loose and play with our foster human showed me I didn’t need to be wary of joining in. My sister is still so much better at jumping and batting the wand toys but I’m starting to get the hang of it now that I understand the game.
We’re looking for a patient family who understands some kitties need a little extra time to open up and reveal their true purrsonalities. We purromise your patience will be worth the wait!
