Penelope is a sweet and snuggly almost 2yr old girl. She gets along with cats and dogs and has lived with them since she was 3 weeks old-however-she needs to be in a dog free home. She has been very upfront with her thoughts on the dogs and nothing is going to change her perception. I honestly think she would be happy being the only kitty. She loves allllll the attention. If you’re searching for a full time friend to give you all the love, Penelope is your girl.
