Big, Bold and Beautiful! Tex is looking for a home with another high energy dog that also loves to play!
Tex doesn't fully understand his size and still has some puppy mannerisms, such as occasional mouthing and jumping up. Because of this, he would do best in a home with children over the age of 14. He can be very vocal when he isn’t getting what he wants or is looking for your attention. His foster has been working on teaching him “place” to help refocus his energy when he becomes overexcited. Tex is an early riser and will make sure his breakfast is on time every morning. He loves sleeping on his foster mom’s bed and will stretch out until he is most comfy! Tex walks beautifully on a slip lead and has great recall.
Tex has a goofy personality with a big heart, he enjoys belly scratches and his favourite trick is shake-a-paw. He is very easy to love but will need an owner who will continue to provide structure and boundaries for him to reach his full potential.
