Meet River! River is an adorable 3-year-old black & white mixed breed fellow.
River is from a crowded shelter in SC and is looking for his forever home. This is what his foster home this past week had to say about him while he was waiting for transport:
"River is the CUTEST, SWEETEST pup in the world. He is so good with kids. He is loving, snuggly, rides great in the car (after the initial kiss fest). River knows to potty outside and holds it overnight. He is a social and happy boy. He will bark for a few when you leave him but then he settles. Boy just wants a home!"
