Hello world! I'd like to introduce myself if I may. My name is Obie. I decided to take an adventure in hopes I would find a kind and loving home to spend my golden years and before I could find a proper one, I was brought to the shelter on 3/29. Its a sad situation and I'm sad because I don't want to spend another minute of my golden years in a loud, overcrowded shelter. And while I can make friends with the other pups, I would really like to spend the rest of my years with you in a warm, welcoming home filled with nothing but love. and kindness. Can you help me make my wish come true soon? I really hope so! The volunteers are in love with me and making me feel so welcomed, wanted and so loved. I love everyone here at the shelter! I am a spry of an old guy who is very precious to volunteers and I still have a lot of gas in my tank to keep up with you! I consider myself a very beautiful young man with a lot of love and kisses to give. Just take a look at my pics. Wouldn't you agree? I would definitely make your heart melt immediately. I am a very intelligent boy, too, and I do know how to sit when asked. I am very treat motivated so that would be a plus to keep on hand. I'm sure I know a little more and you could teach me even if I don't. Spend time with me and I'll show all the great things I could do! I am still eager to please and I can learn anything I don't know already. I will be your best student if you would be my best teacher! Oh, I am 12 years old and I also weigh 42lbs and every pound is nothing but pure love!! Which is a plus in my senior pup book! If you have got a loving heart to make time for me in your world, then I am your forever boy and I will be waiting for you. Just give me a chance and be patient with me. I would like to be apart of a family again and be wanted and loved and included in everything. I'm still a young pup at heart and a true love bug. Come see me please!!
Obie is current on vaccines, will not be neutered due to his age at the shelter but will be micro chipped upon his adoption. Obie will be tested for heart worms also upon his adoption. Come visit him and allow him to live the rest of my golden life happily. He won't let you down. Obie will be waiting for his guardian angel in Run 29 and his ID is 655535.

The adoption includes shots, altering, a heart worm or combo test and a microchip. When you book an apt., it does not reserve a particular pet for you.
