We adopted Juneau at 8 weeks old (likely younger) from a woman who had set up a fake rescue. She’s been with us for almost 7 years now. She is a very anxious/barky dog who would likely do best in a home with no kids or adult kids and no large dogs (she does ok with smaller dogs). I have two young girls and she’s always been ok with them, we just have tried to make sure they don’t hang on her or bother her. She is house-trained (can be an excited pee-er) and crate trained and is on the lazy side - she likes to play but loves to snuggle up and snooze. My husband and I are separated and he left me with the dog and I cannot keep managing her and her needs on my own or financially. She tends to eat paper products within reach which can lead to stomach issues. I’m single and on my own now and just can no longer give her the care she deserves.
