Hello, I’m Pepps, a pup ready to gallop my way into your heart. I’m affectionately called “Pepps” or “Pepper.” With my sweet disposition and gentle nature, I get along well with dogs, cats, and children! I’m curious, smart and when I'm active, I'm a high-energy dog ready for any adventure. A true Colorado dog! I love walks and play time, but I also like to lay down and relax because I’m very affectionate and love to cuddle with humans.
In just a short time I've picked up basic commands! I'm fluent in "sit," "lie down," "come," "stay," and "leave it." Plus, I'm a pro in my crate. Just say "crate," and I hop right in without a fuss. I’ve also mastered potty training! I'm an inquisitive pup who loves to sniff around, which sometimes leads to a little bit of digging in the yard. Nothing too serious and I always stop when my name is called. This is me just being a curious pup! I also have a tendency to try and 'snack' on things I shouldn't, like branches, mulch and even soft toys. My foster humans keep a close eye on me to make sure I don't wander off and ingest anything harmful and they've learned that soft toys aren't the best option for me, even though I adore them. I have a keen interest in balls and am eager to learn the art of fetch! I’m generally upbeat, gentle and good at meeting new people. I enjoy snuggling, romping and wrestling with other dogs, so I’m looking for a home with other canine friends.
