She was given to me by someone in reading. Her mother was a stray and gave birth, the original “owner” did their best to take care of the cat, but didn’t have the resources to take care of the mother and the mothers litter. She offered nala to me and I wanted to give her chance at life, not really understanding all that entailed ( all my cats have been take care of by the shelter, I never experienced a sick cat, I didn’t even know she was sick at first) she’s a wonderful cat, very sweet and has come a long way! When I picked her up she had fleas, ear mites, was severely dehydrated and malnourished. I had taken her to an emergency vet ( I have the paperwork for you) and she was given medicine, her ear mites didn’t go away even with the medicine to she still has that and I’m trying a treatment for her. She does great with my kids but I sincerely do no think she should be around very young kids for her safety. She can get a little rowdy after a while of tolerating it but that’s not her fa
