Does not get along with other pet

My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Our little Paisley was adopted almost 8 years ago. Her big sister actually picked her out,
they were inseparable for 7 years. Paisley is energetic, very loving and smart. We are rehoming because after nearly 8 years together her and our other dog became very competitive with one another and stopped getting along.

We tried to intervene with a couple of different trainers and didn't have any luck bringing them back together. They stated that Paisley reached an age she wants to be in charge, they are both female dominant breeds and our other dog is much bigger than Paisley. We don't want anything bad to happen.

Paisley has been staying with our son and daughter in law and there dog which is Paisley's same size. They don't have any problems but or son's dog started going to the bathroom in the house and acting out. So Paisley is not able to stay with them.

Paisley is the younger of our two dogs and she has the best personality to adapt to change.

We love her very much.
