My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi! My name is Emmy, and I am available for adoption and a forever family who will love me as much as I’ll love them! I’m told that I am an adorable, petite young lady. I am an approximately four year old lab mix. I was found as a stray, and I’m now living with my foster family. Regardless of my age, I still act like a puppy. I now have two fur brothers. One of them I like, but the other one is very annoying! I would probably do best in a home with other dogs who are laid-back. I’m not sure if I like cats because my foster family doesn’t have any. I also haven’t been around any small children, so we would have to meet to see how we would do together. My foster mom says that I haven’t shown any aggressive behavior , although I will growl at my one fur brother when he doesn’t leave me alone. I’m about 40 pounds, spayed, and housebroken. I like having a crate to relax and sleep in, and go in and out of on my own when I need quiet time. I really enjoy my chew toys, and I haven’t met a dog cookie that I don’t like! I also like car rides, and I do stairs without any problem. I do need a fenced yard that is escape proof or be walked on leash. I know I have what you need; love, loyalty, and companionship. Please consider contacting Mountain Rottie Rescue for a meet and greet and make me a part of your family! IF interested, please submit an application on our site, www.mountainrottirescue.net!
