Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Ally!
This adorable girl is Ally, an approximately 8 month old small-sized mixed breed dog. We don't know exactly what her mix is, but wouldn't be surprised if there's some chihuahua mix in there. She is currently about 15 lbs.
Ally joined us recently after being found in, well, an alley, so not much is known about her history. She was in a temporary foster home and loved playing with an older pittie foster sister, but was a bit too rambunctious for a super senior dog.
Ally is a typical young pup who would appreciate an adopter who understands the commitment of a puppy and is willing to continue to work with her on training and basic manners. She is a bit timid and barky with new people but it does not take more than a few minutes (and a few treats) for her to be your new best friend. She's a fast learner and working hard on being housebroken and crate trained, although we would expect any dog may have a few accidents as they transition to a new routine and environment.
She loves long walks and is discovering her playful side --- there's never a toy too far from Ally! She also appreciates quality time on the couch, including snoozing and snuggling with her people and canine friends. Ally would make a great companion to someone working from home, and is happy to join a video call for a quick hello before going back to napping!
Ally's adoption fee includes her spay, age appropriate vaccinations and microchipping. She is heartworm tested and will be up to date on preventatives.
