My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

I am being showcased by the Humane Society of Morrow County in an effort to find me a permanent home. I arrived in May of 2023 after being removed from a hoarding situation of an elderly couple. They tried their best to care for me and many of my siblings, but it was just too overwhelming. We were removed in order to save our lives, which surely would not have turned out well in the long run. I’m ready for a new start now!
Here are my highlights:
• I am a neutered male.
• I was born in the Spring of 2023
• I have been wormed, negative tested for FLV/FIV and vaccinated with felovax and rabies vaccine.
• I am microchipped.
• I am good with people and other cats. I have not been dog tested but my caregivers think I will adjust fine in a home with dogs.
• I am playful and a tad mischievous. I’m always on the go!!

We have a downloadable and an online adoption application. This is the first step in our adoption process.
Serious potenial adopters are welcomed, even if they have not completed an adoption application, to schedule a visit with one of our adoptable pets.
We strive to match the adoptable pet and adopter. Upon approval, the adoption fee and contract is signed.
All out-of-state adoptions will have additional requirements as part of the adoption process.
