Lumi illuminates the room with her confidence and smile! She just wants to be where the people and dogs are- whether that's hopping onto the couch for a snuggle or joining the resident dog in their crate. She is also very content on her own- she electively hops into her open crate/pen for naps and at night sleeps 8 hours in her crate without a peep. So far she loose leash walks on a 6 foot leash and is okay with a leash connected to her collar or harness. She loves having a dog friend to play with- big or small. Unknown how she is with children. She is a little vocal, cause still to be determined as we get to know each other. Going outside is fun (ample sniffs & sticks to chew!). Lumi was potty trained in Kentucky, but with the trip we have regressed, so still a work in progress. I imagine Lumi's fun and friendly demeanor will continue to shine as she gets used to MN!
Lumi is estimated to be 10.5 months old and 28 lbs. Since we don’t know the dog’s actual genetics, this is just a guess on breed and size when grown. All dogs have had a vet examination, are up to date on all vaccinations, have been given dewormer and heartworm prevention. Dogs over 7 months have been heartworm tested.
