Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Odie is a high-energy, joyful & very happy boy who would love a family/home with another dog or older child (or 2) to chase & frolic with in a fenced yard. His energy level may be too much for toddlers. He knows his name, is potty trained & good with other dogs. He is smart boy who is very curious & learns quickly. He is good on a leash & enjoys being outdoors. Don't let his short legs fool you, he is fast on those little legs & is a bit of a whirling dervish! Odie is sweet, good-natured & positively charming. He would be a wonderful addition to a family who is looking for a bouncy boy with a lot of energy & love to give.
Odie is estimated to be 2 years old and 13 lbs. Since we don’t know the dog’s actual genetics, this is just a guess on breed and size when grown. All dogs have had a vet examination, are up to date on all vaccinations, have been given dewormer and heartworm prevention. Dogs over 7 months have been heartworm tested. If you are interested in meeting this dog please complete the adoption application on our website at http://www.safehandsrescue.org under Adopt and then we can contact you about setting up a meeting.
