Looking for the perfect babysitter for your kids? Meet Lucy! She's sweet, affectionate, and fantastic with children. Plus, she's already house-trained and well-behaved. Lucy is super smart, quick to learn commands, and loves to please. With her curiosity, happy, and cheerful nature, she would excel in obedience training!

Lucy isn't one to laze around—she's all about outdoor adventures! She's ready for walks, exploring, and new experiences. Lucy also loves playing with other dogs, so if you have a dog at home, they'll be best friends.

Lucy will be the perfect addition for active families with kids and/or a dog, and a fenced yard. Ready to welcome Lucy into your home? Submit your application today!

Note: Sochi Dogs Rescue works on a foster to adopt model. All of our adopters have a 1-week trial period to decide if the dog is the right match for you. Should you decide the adoption is not working out, you can notify us within the first week and we will coordinate a time to take the dog back into a foster home and issue a refund of the adoption fee minus $75.

Additional adoption info

Sochi Dogs is a non-profit animal rescue that works closely with adopters to help them find the perfect addition to their families. All of our dogs are vetted, vaccinated, spayed/neutered, and microchipped.

Dog ownership is a long-term commitment so we take our adopters’ needs very seriously. We work on a foster to adopt basis, which allows adopters to get to know their new dog in a relaxed family setting.

For us, the most important things are finding the right family for the right dog. As long as it’s a good match we’re happy to adopt a dog out of state. Our dogs have found homes in 16 states and 5 provinces!

Fill out an adoption questionnaire on our website (http://www.sochidogs.org/adoption-inquiry/) and one of our volunteers will give you a call to help match you with your perfect k-9 companion!

We look forward to getting to know you!

More about this rescue

Sochi Dogs is a US-based international nonprofit organization
rescuing, rehabilitating, and finding homes for street and abandoned dogs from Easter Europe and South Korea. Sochi Dogs works tirelessly to prevent dogs from ending up on the street by educating communities and offering low-cost spay/neuter initiatives.

At Sochi Dogs we save as many street and abandoned dogs as we possibly can. We run a no-kill shelter, facilitate adoptions around the globe, educate the community about spaying/neutering, and help curb the stray dog population through a community sterilization program.

We have found homes for more than 700 dogs, which now reside all over the globe including New Jersey, New York, Texas, Maryland, Washington, Michigan, Maine, Virginia, Delaware, California, Canada, Alaska, Poland, UK, Germany, and Scotland.
