My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Koda is a sweet, high energy girl who loves play time!!

She is still working on crate training as it makes her a little anxious, but is doing well with positive reinforcement training.

She is good with dogs of all sizes and kids too. She is okay being in the same room as cats, but if they run she will chase after them.

She is very athletic and is a high jumper and will need a tall fence. She walks well with a harness and would be best in a home with another dog to help get her energy out. Koda needs a few hours of exercise a day and will do best with an active family. She would love to go on walks/ runs with you!!

She is house trained and knows commands such as...sit, down, wait and tricks such as...shake, sit pretty, stand and spin! She'd be a great agility dog!!
She also loves to swim and car rides!

More about this rescue

Our mission at ARF is to protect and advocate for animals in need; to build a humane community that promotes compassion and seeks to strengthen the human animal bond. We believe that no animal should endure the pain and suffering of a life of abandonment and neglect. We believe that through education, spaying and neutering, community outreach, and owner retention programs we can limit the overpopulation of animals and decrease the number of shelter animals in need. As human stewards of this Earth, we at ARF work to support and preserve precious life and strive to create a humane living environment for all animals.
