Murphy is my mother's cat. My mother is in an assisted living facility which allows pets. However, my mother is no longer capable of adequately caring for Murphy. I live in another state and cannot take Murphy because my wife is allergic to cats. Murphy is a sweet, mellow, indoor lap cat.
