Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Meet Peaches
Introducing Peaches, the easygoing pitbull who finds joy in quiet moments and cozy couch cuddles. She proves that strength doesn't always need to be loud, showcasing the power of her gentle nature.
Peaches did great on a Doggy Day Out with one of our volunteers. She got to go on a walk, get a pup-cup and did plenty of cuddling and napping. She was described as loving, sweet and adorable. She did well on the car-ride and even knows "sit" and "down". This goofy girl also loves to rub against people's legs, a bit like a cat would.
We are unsure how Peaches would do in a home with cats as we don't know if she has lived with them in the past.
Peaches should do well with another dog in the home given proper introductions.
She should do well in a home with children who can respect her space.
Peaches is a very laid back girl who wants nothing more than a couch to lay on and a person to cuddle, if you meet these standards and are looking to add another member to your family apply now!
We believe Peaches to be around 6-years-old, most recently weighing 59 pounds. Peaches is heartworm positive, therefore she is a Foster-to-Adopt candidate so she can continue heartworm treatment in a home.
