My name is Lucy!

Lucy, who will be three years old in May, 2024, is a happy, active, enthusiastic dog. She is slender and athletic, and full of energy, which is the main reason we need to find a new home for her. My husband and I are older and just cannot provide the activity, exercise and stimulation she craves.
She loves people and is very loyal. She will adjust well to a new family, likes children and other animals. Although not a purebred Labrador, she looks every bit the part of a 55 pound Black Lab. Ironically, she does not have the "fetch" instinct that most retrievers have, but loves to play outdoors.
We will be happy to share Lucy's meds and food, and some bedding, with a new family who can love her.
